Huezzle does not require an account and does not ask for your name, contacts, precise location, photos, or messages. Game progress is stored on your device. We use Google services for analytics, crash diagnostics, and advertising, which may process device identifiers and information about how the app is used.
Information we handle
Information stored on your device
Huezzle stores game progress, coin balance, settings, tutorial status, and advertising preferences locally on your device. This information remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Limited game state, such as the current mode or level, may be attached to a crash report to help diagnose a problem.
Analytics and app interactions
Google Firebase Analytics may collect gameplay events such as app opens, levels started and completed, game mode, difficulty, moves, booster use, shop interactions, and advertising events. Firebase may also provide general device, operating-system, app-version, language, country, and acquisition information.
Crash and diagnostic information
Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash logs, stack traces, device and operating-system details, app version, diagnostic identifiers, and limited game context. We use this information to identify and fix stability problems.
Advertising information
Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions, and consent choices to provide, measure, limit, and personalize ads where permitted. In regions where consent is required, Huezzle asks for your choices before requesting ads.
Purchases
If in-app purchases are offered, payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifier, price, currency, and transaction information needed to provide and restore a purchase.

- Display, limit, and measure advertising.
- Process and restore purchases when those features are available.
- Prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Your choices and controls
Where required, Huezzle presents Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can revisit advertising privacy choices from the game's Privacy settings. You can also reset your device's advertising identifier or limit advertising through Android settings. Clearing Huezzle's app data or uninstalling it removes locally stored progress and settings.
Huezzle does not currently create user accounts or maintain a directly identifiable player profile. For privacy questions or a request concerning information reasonably linked to you, contact us using the address below. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify the relevant record.
Retention and security
Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to configured service-provider retention periods and only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Google services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, those providers use recognized safeguards for international data transfers.
Children's privacy
Huezzle is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or support channel, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Huezzle, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
